This course is taught by an experienced International female leadership coach, who provides women with the knowledge and attitude to overcome barriers and help develop winning strategies. Using leading edge research, theories and models, delegates will learn practical approaches to managing self and others.
This course supports women, to develop their credibility and thinking as a female manager about power, impression management, ambition and career success. It enhances their skills, knowledge and most importantly their confidence to lead and manage people in diverse organisations. It is for women that aspire to be successful leaders that wish to motivate others to succeed.
